Brown Bear Wellness was created to provide evidence based approaches to enable you to take control of your health and feel your best.
With a background in nursing and further studies completed in food science, nutrition & health and personal training. Here at Brown Bear Wellness you will find holistic, person centred approaches to wellness.
The services provided will support clients to incorporate healthy eating strategies in their daily lives to boost their nutritional intake.
The service will also enable clients to make healthier choices, as well as discussion on simple ways to increase movement, supporting physical wellbeing and general fitness.
The overarching aim of Brown Bear Wellness is to provide information on the value of nutrition and movement in order for you to build the skills necessary to take control of your wellbeing.
