Step Aerobics with Ailish

Due to the number of requests for a morning class, I am delighted to announce that I am collaborating with local physiotherapist, Ailish Cleary, who will be delivering a Step class on Wednesday at 10am and on Saturday mornings at 8am
 

Ailish has been teaching her own pregnancy fitness classes @thebumproom for the last 14 years and is now returning to one of her first fitness loves, Step Aerobics.


“I’m so excited to be finally doing this, I think Step is an amazing form of exercise. It hits all the boxes; cardio, strength, co-ordination between right/left/arms/legs, balance, and it’s fun.”
