About the Mums & Cubs Postnatal Classes

These postnatal exercise classes will be delivered face to face in North Tipperary and Surrounding areas. 

Tickets will be available online and classes will be announced on social media channels.  The next planned dates for 2024 are July  and October. 

The Mums and Cubs classes provide a space for new mums to enjoy a fun and supportive environment for all fitness levels. Classes will run for 10 weeks and clients will receive access to a private WhatsApp group to chat and support one another.

Pre-recorded classes will be available free of charge for those who wish to take part more than once per week from the comfort of home. 

No biometric data will be collected or recorded.

In week 1 we will have a quick meet and greet and a movement screen will be performed for each individual to ensure exercises can be performed safely.

The 10 weeks program will focus on pelvic floor health and will teach you the importance of warming up and cooling down effectively. 

Classes will be of low intensity using light weights to reintroduce you back into the gym safely and establish baseline fitness levels.

Cubs in buggies are welcome :)

This course is designed for women 6 weeks to 12 months postpartum, **(12 weeks onwards following c-section  or complicated birth)*

New Classes in Longford!

Bear Necessities: Strengthening Cores and Pelvic Floors for New Mama Bears! 

A 4-week level 1 post-natal series focusing on reconnecting with the core and Pelvic Floor following pregnancy.

Classes will be held on Saturdays in The Temperance Hall, Longford. Commencing at 12pm on Saturday 28th September. 


Babies are welcome in classes.

These classes will be informative, educational and relaxed in nature and will involve some gentle movement to re-introduce you to more general exercise.

Suitable for those 6 weeks PP (12 weeks following C-Section/complicated birth)*

On sign up an email will be sent to you with a post Natal PARQ form and GP clearance is also required to avoid injuries and for your safety and enjoyment.
